We offer a variety of state-of-the-art equipment, including cardio machines, weight training equipment, free weights, a group fitness studio, showers and more! Our facility is clean and well-maintained with 24/7 surveillance. Member only access key fobs and safety features to ensure a safe, sanitary and enjoyable workout experience.
Training and Nutrition
Our certified trainers and nutrition specialists have decades of knowledge and experience to help you reach your goals! We offer personal training, nutrition consulting, small group training and group fitness classes led by our talented instructors. Each member is offered a free fitness consultation with a trainer when you join to help get you started on your fitness journey if needed!

Senior Classes
At Born of Fire Fitness age is just a number! To ensure the best possible quality of life as our members age, we offer four free senior classes a week taught for a variety of levels and different goals. Classes include balance, stretching, strength training, seated classes and more! Classes are at 10:30 and 11:15am on Mondays, Wednesdays!
Figure, Bikini, Women's Physique
Not only is Leslie Woodward our head trainer and nutrition specialist, she is also a former figure competitor! If you are in need of a coach, Leslie and our other consultants can help you reach your goals!
Strongman
Featured in the picture is Mike Becher, one of our teams many consultants. Mike is a former competitive strongman and can offer his expertise to anyone looking to break into the game of strongman!
Bodybuilding/Physique
With the sport of bodybuilding growing rapidly over the years, many looking into competing don't know where to go or how to get started. Well look no farther! At Born of Fire Fitness we offer a team of consultants that can facilitate your training, dietary and posing needs!

Chiropractic
Dr. Jordan Bowen is our on site chiropractor who obtained a BS in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University in 2007. He went on to obtain his Doctorate in Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 2011.
Dr. Bowen had always wanted to help people since he could first remember. His path to Chiropractic medicine was unique. It took an ATV accident in which he suffered a compression fracture in his spine to point him towards Chiropractic. He enjoys coming to work every day, interacting with patients and helping to be part of their success stories. $40 per session.
Assisted static and dynamic stretch sessions
As a results driven gym, we do everything we can to improve the health and wellness of our members. In an effort to do so, our trainers provide dynamic and static stretch sessions. Benefits include:

Hot/Cold Therapy

How Born of Fire Ignited
As a Combat Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, owner Ken Hillyer learned first hand some of the unfortunate horrors of what man kind is capable of. Through a long series of events it led him to grow a heart for combating human trafficking and slavery. On the mission field in 2019 he met his wife Vanessa who also shared a passion to figh
As a Combat Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, owner Ken Hillyer learned first hand some of the unfortunate horrors of what man kind is capable of. Through a long series of events it led him to grow a heart for combating human trafficking and slavery. On the mission field in 2019 he met his wife Vanessa who also shared a passion to fight such evil. Ken and Vanessa learned from a dear friend and pastor that business is about money; mission is about mankind. The problem stood that it was going to take money to fund their mission to help save and support children subjected to sex and labor slavery.
God made a way!
In an effort the make the greatest impact possible, through God's good grace , Ken's childhood dreams of starting his own gym and combined with his and Vanessa's passion to fight against slavery - a way was forged to not only enhance the health and wellness of their community, but also provide a means to help fund their mission.
